Re: Druidís New Duck Ė í99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

Quite right, nothing modern even comes close. But buying another old motor is also a non starter.

Re: Druidís New Duck Ė í99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

Iíve just been welding up my dads old Shogun. Sadly the chassis has a bit of rot. But I can forgive it that, as it is 24 years old and has not had the easiest of lives, we've not been nasty to it,...

Re: Mini for the woods

I know you might not want a true 3 toner, but Iíd go as big as you can and still tow it, if your doing woodland work, then youíll likely want some sort of grab, so a bit extra stability, power and...

Re: kubota ignition switch problems

Ideally youíd want a wiring diagram to see whatís going on, you can obviously trace all the relevant wiring to get to the bottom of it, but nice if you can look at a diagram.

Is it actually a...

Re: kubota ignition switch problems

If the safety lever is a simple switch, the instead of supplying the solenoid directly, Supply it via the switch. It will already be connect, one would assume? Itís just not getting the feed it...

Re: Screening bucket

Exactly right, Graham.
If the pressure relief is set correctly, then you stall the bucket rather than jam and break anything, with the stars all going in one direction, and no facility to reverse...

Re: Potential Defender Replacement

It will be a miracle if we ever see a Defebder replacement on dealers forecourts. LandRover are not interested in the commercial market. Unless they have changed their minds very recently, I donít...

Re: Screening bucket

I think the Lloyd bucket is probably about on the money, Iíve not priced one, but 6-5 yrs ago they seemed sensible for the effort involved. Allu & Remu are on another planet, price wise.

Have you...

Re: Druidís New Duck Ė í99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

Gra, I donít want to piss on your chips.......but I assume your going to put red diesel in that tank?

Diesel and galvanising donít mix, I canít recall the exact problem, but some sort of reaction,...

Re: Excavator pin size

I think most, if not all, 20-22t will be 80mm, probably getting near the 24-25t mark they will be 90mm, but not totally sure. I donít think there actually is an industry standard as such, but 80mm...

Re: Kubota U25 digger
