got a heated seat in my komatsu,used it first time last week because the heater fan started getting noisy and i couldnt stand it all day.must admit the seat was very nice and plenty warm:)

the js i had,older 1994 model the track speed was changed with a button on the floor if yours is the same thats where id be looking first for a bad wire

thats it exactly,measured the boss this morn and its 130mm outside,might just cut it down and weld it to the inside of the cheek instead of the washers coz i doubt ill find anyone with a broach that...

the machine is on 65mm pins so at guess the outside of the boss would be 85/90mm ,i spoke to hill about new bushes but they weld in a smaller bush then line bore them so the bush ends up 70mm outside...

clean steel and a good clean earth can make a big difference to cutting performance also make sure the tip on the torch is clean i dont have any extra moisture traps on mine

only running 1 machine i dont see the cost of the odd tube of grease as a big deal ,having to get someone in to press out bushes and fit new on the other hand would be a big expense

it was just lacking all round,track motors were weak ,digging power i thought wasnt good,it was uncomfortable ,electrics were playing up and wouldnt push much with the blade.i had a hyundai r55 with...
