Re: simple glowplug question
disconnect the buzzbar from the plugs , use a test light clipped to 12v and touch the end on each glow plug where the buzzbar would connect , if it lights the plug is good , no light dead plug

Re: simple glowplug question
with the glow plugs in the head , just clip a test light to a + and touch the top where the buzzbar attaches and generally if it lights up they are good

Re: simple glowplug question
if you disconnect the buss bar and try each glow plug with a test light , it will tell you if they are ok , light on ok , no light dud , black smoke ? no restriction in air intake , pump timing out

Re: Old Excavator Dropping Steel Track Occasionally
the teeth are pretty sharp and shallow , you may be able to find a sprocket the same from a different machine , and cut it out and weld it onto your rim

Those sprockets are pretty worn , i expect internal wear on the pins and bushes allowing the track to snake too
