The temps are up a bit so I will wait 'till it's colder. Odd thing is, I DO get 12V at the bussbar when have a Meter on it and turn the key to activate the glowplugs.

MY findings:
Took out each glow plug. With DVM set at 200 ohm scale I got from .8 to 1.0 across the plug. Since all 4 were close, I assume that they are good and that is a good ohm reading.

I get it. Yeah a glowplug is just shy of a direct short. So getting a spark when hitting the top makes sense.
