Re: Druid’s New Duck – ’99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

Re: Druid’s New Duck – ’99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

Re: Druid’s New Duck – ’99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

If it jams it jams  Modify your technique. Carbide doesn't like to be tickled, and will usually give you fair warning before it jams if the feed pressure is a touch much. I never have any...

Re: Druid’s New Duck – ’99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

Modern blades in my experience only start to produce hot shards when they are wearing out. Otherwise the TCT teeth should produce fairly cold chips. Things like triple chip design help.

If I've a...

Re: Druid’s New Duck – ’99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

I'm using the above on a 7"...

Druid is correct IMHO, it's highway maintenance.

I do wonder sometimes...

If I was a full time owner op, I think I'd go the full route and just hope I didn't go bust! As it would make such a difference to my day and happiness. I cringe when I...

Re: So - an opinion - tiltys and prices !

If theyre going to sell as a cheapy new basic unit, I'd say they'd have a reasonable resdual value too. If a top spec tilty is worth say 60% of new after two years, so should a basic one be.

They...

Re: Druid’s New Duck – ’99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500

Yeah, being comfortable is paramount. I almost always rest or hold the torch using my left hand and just have the mask set so I nod and it drops. If in the workshop I have very good lighting so you...

Re: Druid’s New Duck – ’99 Hydrema-Wiemar M1500
