Almost certainly the resolution (pixel count) is too high.
Some phone cameras you can down grade the quality (reduce pixel count) or try sending it to yourself as an email, some again give you...

Exactly but the comment is, no tax payers money in "running" it ffs. eg the payouts were not from "our" pockets.
Should be a public enquiry into CITB and folk held accountable for the diabolical...

Nothing wrong with old school cam operated lift pump. Easy to maintain, easy and cheap to change, provided correct replacement is provided.

Low loader moves to and from site are chargeable.
Depending on distance it can vary from £150 - £550 but as I always went site to site with long hires I never charged more than £150 each way to...

Yes to both.
Drawbar attachment point is factory fitted by hydrema to rear blade and they supply towing capacity data, etc, etc.
Other question I asked, was, is there any issue ( from Hydrema)...
