Think the 5 axles are common in nz where they have very low axle loadings
4 axle units are common just to reach 40 tonnes
And they can go to 50 something for everyday use
looks to only be two driven axles though, with reduction hubs evident in the centre two ....... would be interesting to see it 'spragging about' for sure

I remember that company coming in to Walters Yard to collect something when I worked there, can't remember if it was that one.. I think they had a 5 axle scaina 143 at the time. The rear axle lifts and the next 2 drive the front 2 steer.
Another driver told me there not worth it cos you end up needing the weight to the trailer anyway not on the unit.
Very popular in Holland were they move alot of pile rigs and cranes with huge masts hanging over the cab

Empty out of south wales currently on Thursday running back East if anyone needs a move. Lowloader 26 tonne capacity.
