Don't break ground till it's dry! motto to live by, yesterday went very very well.

Dry again this afternoon so probably going for a look in a bit, try to get a couple hours in earthmoving, then see where we stand... a lot of catching up to do. Lots on!

Plenty to do here but still so wet ,Iím in Norfolk.been close to getting stuck in my ecr25 a couple times in last 2 days.allways get out but make a mess.have had tracks dissapeared under water and mud.customers just want work done and donít realise it will take ages to dry out

Yes rain has stopped play for me this week even if we get this dry run next week i'm not sure the ground will really dry up much.

not rained now for 36 whole hours .... but been foggy as **** ..... everything is still dripping wet

as for drying ... gonna take more than a few nice days next week to dry this lot out .... forecast rain for Sunday night too .... just to top up the water table, before a few dry days

Well I'm having a lovely time.... Picked up a JD 1145 Flail mower tractor today and have just got in after renewing a fuel line as it has a job tomorrow morning

Lots on.... Rory's paid his bills for last month and has money coming in.... changes my mood dramatically

Another cracking one today. Starting the day off by tidying the mess I left last night replacing diesel pipe on the Mower, then find a 12 yard REL Skip that I've forgotten for two years and deliver to site, finishing a hand strip demo job en route..... then back, pick up the Mower and go Flailing for a few hours, returning to seal up a site ready for the rain tomorrow.

Pretty happy atm... My biggest bugbear in business is owing people. necessary evil unfortunately.

Had half an inch of rain during Thursday night and threw some heavy showers during the day yesterday,today has been glorious but rain forecast for tomorrow.
