Im off play with an e10 on monday, I asked if they had any used machines and he asked why. I said so I can see how they wear ect. Hes checked and said yes. So i can see both brand new and an old one.

Not many dealers would do that. Plus hes told me all the issues hes had on machines hes sold and obv all the good bits. So im impressed with customer service so far.

Well ive had a play on an e10. It does seem a decent thing. I shall await and see what mr bobcat rep can do with his price but it may well end my love of jcb.

Ive just had another look through my jcb quote and its 15,750 plus vat for an 8010.

The chap who ive dealt with so far has been spot on and has dealt with a few who i know but getting a comparison is always good esp as money is money.

Well after a promise from bobcat to get a price back to me in 24 to 48 hours has been and gone.

Not even a phone call to say ive been busy/had a prob/not heard back from x.

Its as though some dont want to sell you anything, either that or they just dont like me.

No, but they have some out of year ones and ive asked for a price on those as he said he could secure a further discount.

Well you never know. No doubt probably waiting for the manufacture for support or somthing

I never find the offers for this aged stock enough myself, plant depreciation in the first year is probably 20% 15% second and 15% third, lowering to around 10% 4th and then about 5% a year depending on hours. This should actually give you a good profit on asset sale depeninding n how you look after it

20% of say 12k which i assume is about the new price is nearly 2.5k... I mean its not a rule as such but they will never sell for so little yet once you have dirtied the tracks it kind of does not matter that you bought it new in 16 as a 15 plate. its a 15 plate.

Good luck
