Well after a good start bobcat has turned out a right let down. No phone call back and after ringing them I was promised they would ring back, needless to say thats not happened.

Even a call to say ive been too busy would of be appreciated.

There's no excuse for not staying in contact whether you ask for anything out of the ordinary or not. If the man says he will have answers for you in 24-48 hrs then he should call you whatever the situation. Not only is it paramount to stay in communication with you customer it is more than bloody rude to ignore them. Salesman's a knob as most of them are.

Well the order has been placed, so far bobcat of london have been superb and keen on price.

Will be a nice change to have a bobcat micro on fleet after the last few jcb 8010's.

Ps im still waiting on my local dealer to return my phone calls and messages.

Don't hold your breath....just add them to the list of people who aren't worth giving the time of day, let alone a phone call, next time!

Surprising how may you come across who can't be bothered with common curtesy

Yeah its scary, maybe they think im not worthy to own 1 of their machines.

I rang finnings and spoke to patrick there and hes was great too, just a shame i wasnt overly impressed with the cat offering. Dont get me wrong it would do the job but it was the narrow under carriage that really makes it unsuitable for my jobs. Only goes in 730 and out 860. Bobcat is 710 in and 1100 wide. My 8010 is 700 in and 1000 out so 860 wasnt going to cut it.

What's the point in even putting expanding tracks on if they only go out 2 and a half inches either side?
