Default Work and Pictures

I started this job today I have cleaned some drains before but never dug one from scratch so this is my first attempt

I would presume I need to slope the banks a little to keep them from slipping as this ground is very very wet as you can see it was even a little bit scary because the machine and ground was moving up and down every time you filled and emptied the bucket a bit like digging on a trampoline

Yep, slope the banks, a couple wings on the bucket would of been ideal but shooting along with a grading bucket now will do the same. Don't get too close to the ditch now it's cut though

Thanks JD that's what I'm planning to do is cut it with the grading bucket the ground on the left isn't too bad but there is a swamp hole in on the right even Walk in there and everything moves up and down
