thats what we do on sites if they try a fu*k us about , just tell them we are off and it will be 2K for a revisit when it can be fitted in , they then realise we won't be messed about

We have some construction and civils work going on as well as muckshifting. So I expect operators to be out helping when the machine is Idle. I always got out of the cab and still do. I have several lads booked to see next week. NPORS testing day booked ready too at the end of the month. Had a day on the 31st. 5 assesments and tests 250 plus 120 for 4 registations and cards. Thats four more lads into the trade at just over a third the cost of 1 CPCS card !!
Blimey ... I might have taken the wrong card!?

We take on a lot of new Lads on dumptrucks and get them working for a few weeks, then I get them tested. They then gain experience whilst being paid. Then they can get on to tracks as, they gain the experience and of course, Confidence !!

Next test day is fully allocated Dan, but I am to sort another soon. I'll have to speak to the test chap and ask him what combination he can do with excavator under 5 tonne and forward tipping dumper as they wont tie in with loading 25 or 30 tonne trucks .....
