Default Wey and Arun Canal

At weekends I am a volunteer on this canal restoration project.

It has a lot of construction pics and info and I hope might be of intrest to some of you.
We have a Case CX130 exc, a 4.5t Hanix, 6t dumper and 1.5t tracked dumper. Plus a lot of enthusiasm.

A compilation I did on a gate repair http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OEoHyuXfvGE

Yep. Those two uprights are all that is remaining of the lock that was once there.
They are the lower gate steels that the gates hinged against. Called coins or coynes I believe.
