Default Banksman?

Now maybe it's changed since last time I did a cpcs test,or maybe npors is different, but I don't remember either in training or the test ever having a banksman assigned to 'watch' in the loosest description of of the word over me whilst operating machinery?so if you haven't been 'trained' in the use of a 'banksman' are you allowed to use one?

Surely you have the latest in remotely operated emergency stop fitted,so your banksman can maintain a safe distance but still be in control?

Do you also have to wear a shock collar? Is this because you are being difficult to train

Don't forget the warning beacons if the Saftey catch isn't on, and don't forget to fill out the rams for it, then go n get a permit before you fire it.
