I've just bought one
Hmm,

I thought that the first gun I bought was great, so would buy 2 more to have in stock. Parcel arrived today, but they've only sent one! I've been on ebay to point it out, but still waiting for a response

Yes I have, and to be honest it wasn't in a box, just a parcel bag and some bubble wrap. Still not heard anything back, but hoping another is on the way

was it in the Caterpillar bag with the user manual Rich?
I had something a few weeks ago, that I ordered two off and only one arrived ..
having checked that I hadn't made a mistake and looked at the fact that payment had been made and taken for two, I just contacted the seller direct ....
and the second arrived pretty promptly, with an apologetic note referencing a packing error.

if you've paid for two ... just contact the seller direct .... Ebay's 'resolution dept.' are a ****ing joke

it's on their own website, but significantly dearer, comparatively speaking.

Their tubes are a pleasure to use too ... no grease everywhere trying to get those bloody stupid push fit caps out
hate theses new ring pulls they snap off or flick a small strand of grease over me when they finally let go

I just use the chamber threaded end to pop the plugs out in seconds

yeh some of 'em are hard work .... then others are a POP !!
the big end cap couldn't be simpler though....I always rip the ring once it's in the gun and sort of roll it out .... haven't had one give up yet
certainly seem a lot less grief than the internal end caps were..... to me anyway!! ..... and cleaner
