grease guns
has anyone tried the speedy grease gun and are they any good?thanks

There is a thread somewhere already, but I have one and it is the best grease gun I have used.
Good points: twice the grease volume per pump
Lock and lube connector is brilliant
Magnet is surprisingly useful
Never seems to get air locks
Dedicated cartridges are clean to change
Bad points: dedicated cartridges can be more expensive than standard, but unless you have a massive fleet cost difference is minimal
Gun is quite expensive to purchase
If I lost mine I would immediately buy another.

seen them for £66 so just watched a few vids on youtube ,thats with a g-coupler they look good and im fed up of getting covered in grease with standard gun,chucked it in the bin pita

You talking about the Fuchs twin handle guns? I'd of had one if I didn't have a full box of standard cartridges left.. G-coupler and JCB gun does me fine for now!

those guns arent very good,few people i know with them said there shite,got to buy the dedicated tubes with threaded top as well. yes you can use up your standard cartridges with the speedy gun

over the moon with mine , screw it on and it pumps , 500 g cartridges too , mate has a speedy one up the farm , covered in grease

Yeh very happy with mine too, Eddie got me into the one I have, would never change back, certainly not missing messing around with grease the old way.
