Stick a new track on and find a self builder to give you 7k for it

If you can wait they come on eBay quite often. I managed to buy a pair at 50% reasonable local and then kept one of my old ones as a spare. I didn't buy new as I was planning to moving the machine on.

thats what i would do, hassle free for years to come. be under 600 all told. avoid the really cheap tracks, the wires break and end up costing more long term, think we had good results from leach lewis but they may be gone now? we probably buy a set every year for one machine or another

Ey up dan where you been?
Trouble is everything is worn out, bottom rollers x6, sprockets x2, tracks x1, and the wearing strips of metal they run on top
Does anyone suggest a place to get everything from.

I'd imagine you'd have to find a bit of plate the right size and weld it on yourself.
