Default Ditch Crossings

Good Evening
I have been asked by a client if i would price up a couple of ditch crossings for access to a new shed they are erecting, there is already a crossing over the existing ditch (with 600mm concrete pipe, 2.5m to ground level with 45 degree batters.) and backfilled to field level. I have told them i would take out the old crossings and replace with new.
However the new crossings would need a spec with possibly concrete headwalls at either end and maybe a concrete pad over the top considering there could be 3000 ton of materials going over and 2 hgvs a week when the shed is completed. I have asked for a spec but to know avail. Can anybody give me an idea on this? Thanks in advance
