There are a good few JCB parts dealers you can find on the Internet. This type of brake is used it a lot of tractors too.

It'll look something like these ... the balls live between the discs in a rising ramp groove .... as the actuator rod is pulled and rotates the two discs the balls move up the ramps, push the discs further apart and expands the combined thickness of the two discs, pressing on the brake discs friction material, either side of the expander

cheers , i can take most things to bits, putting them back nowadays is getting harder due to the onset of Alzheimers ( my excuse but think it sometimes) but nice to see what i am looking for without finding the struddlepip in surprise.. cheers lads most helpful...just need a fine day in hebden bridge to carry it out

Im after a wiring diagram for a 2015 JCB 1CXT if theres one available please

Have a gremlin with the Aux circuit coming on and the dipper is in full extension and i can't retract it!
