Default Case CX15 No Hydraulics

Hi all,

I've got a CX15 that the hydraulics have stopped working on. The only thing with hydraulic pressure is the blade, which will lift the machine and return it to the ground.

Nothing else works at all. No power to tracks and nothing to the dipper or boom etc.

It was working fine (albeit slowly), but suddenly stopped after being stood for a day or two whilst I replaced a duff battery.

Any ideas or direction to workshop manual etc. very welcome.

Nick

It will be an issue with one of the safety switches linked to the armrests or when you lift the seat to access the battery you should see 3 relays 2 are safety relays and one operates the fuel solenoid. Perhaps you could get a spare relay & have a swap around as I canít remember which are which, same goes with the fuses.

Thanks very much. That sounds very possible given I've been digging around under the seat and that. Cheers

Bit of a design issue being able to tilt the seat when machine is parked up to stop it getting rained on which exposes all the relays & the fuse box instead
