DO NOT get me started on planners .... bas***ds cost me the wrong side of £50k on my old workshop site, prevaricating, procrastinating and obfuscating for 4 years, whilst I had to pay the UBR to the same ****ing authority

Been a massive planning debacle going on locally for a very long time .... only reason I haven't 'weighed in' to it, is I will need to deal with the tw*ts again .... but after that !! ...... exposť coming up !! ..... I could write a book about their opprobrious and underhand behaviour !!
If it's got tracks, wheels, t*ts, or an engine, at some point it's gonna give you trouble!!

Yes we've had our share of planning and building control nonsense
What colour cladding?
How high is the fence?
How many parking spaces ?
What angle is the roof?
If you change the colour now you have to re-apply for planning!
Where is the disabled parking space?
How are you identifying the individual parking spaces?

What a nightmare they can be !
At the end of the day it's going to get very dark!
