Default Menzi etc Operator required.

Just putting the feelers out as I'm after a couple of experienced Operators and hopefully someone younger who is passionate about kit that wishes to further their skills and experience.

The basic need is for Operators who have some Menzi experience, or a skill set that lends itself to getting to grips with one of these machines in a range of environments.

The job will also involve operating a wide range of kit including the Liebherr 'Big Feller' and the Kubota 'Wide Boy' setup, but also many other specialist setups that are put together to provide solutions for clients.

Experience with Tiltrotators, Tree Shears and Mulchers is useful, but don't let it put you off if you haven't. Attitude to the work and the kit is everything, a good Civils Operator would soon grasp the De-Veg side.

These will be full time positions and will involve Travel, Lodging, Weekends and Night Shifts where required.

If you just fancy an initial chat, please just text me on 07973 729424 with a few basic details and I'll get back to you.

Thanks

Eddie.

0330 123 4784 - Ask For Glen Miller in the construction plant department. He might have someone right up your street that's looking for a future.

Yes, Glens probably the most proactive and forward thinking tutor there, Looks to the future in a similar way you do in some respects. Granted theres unlikely to be a great deal of experience backing from there but far easier to train someone as you'd like from scratch than go across trying to erase bad habits.

Thanks for the contact number, I have read the article on it, and that is exactly the type of young person required coming through this course.
The reality of the position is where they start the week from in the UK isn't going to be of huge importance, some work may be close to home some not.

It's literally finding that someone with the passion and some basic skills that wishes to grasp the opportunity.

Be a few who'd like a crack at it I'm certain, and if you are passionate about machines then it's hardly even work!

Think that's an understatement. Certainly a cracking opportunity for someone.

If someone wants to learn walkers aren't really that difficult. Once you get over the fear factor that pressing the wrong button and you will be upside down, then it is just practice. In reality you tend to get a moments notice you are lifting the wrong leg and hopefully have enough time to put it back down again before anything too drastic happens.
If I were starting out it looks like a fantastic opportunity. I would have certainly given it a go. Whether I would be up to Eddies exacting standards is another question.
